Placing an Order

• Fill out the Custom Inquiry Order Form
• If we have availability, a Pricing Estimate will be emailed to the email provided
• Pricing Estimates must be approved within 3 days of receipt - after 3 days we will assume you are no longer interested
• After the Pricing Estimate and Terms have been accepted, an invoice will be sent out
• Payments are due 5 days after the invoice date 

Payment

• Payment options - Venmo, Cash, Credit Card
• Payments must be made 5 days after the invoice date; day 6 the order will be cancelled
• If paying by credit card - please indicate on the sign-up form so the invoice can be set up to allow card payment

Delivery

• We offer pick-up or shipping 
• Pick-up is in Omaha, NE near 132nd and Pacific
• Shipping costs are calculated and included in the pricing estimate provided
• While we package as effectively as possible, we cannot control how the package is handled during shipment - refunds will not be given for damaged goods 
• Baked goods undeliverable will be forfeited after 3 days. If you are a no show and do not contact us, then we assume you do not want them. After 3 days, they will be sold or eaten

Cancelling or Changes to an Order

• Orders are nonrefundable, but payment may be transferred to a future order if at least seven days notice is given before the originally scheduled pick up date. Credits for rescheduled orders must be used within six months
• If we must cancel an order due to an emergency, a full refund will be issued
• In an event that a customer is not satisfied with the order, the uneaten baked goods must be returned within three days to assess their condition and decide on a resolution
• Changes to designs, quantities, or dates are done solely at our discretion and depend on our ability to accommodate the request

Reminders

• Each cookie is handmade and decorated - colors and designs may be adjusted slightly based on availability and creative input
• Quantity discounts are not offered -each cookie handmade and decorated fresh for you
• Labels on each package will state the variety and ingredients
• All orders are placed inside bakery boxes or bags for easier transport
• Each cookie is heat sealed either individually or grouped based on product - cookies should stay fresh in their packaging or sealed container on your counter for up to 2 weeks 
• Cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months 
• Once you pick up and accept the order, the order is no longer my responsibility. Please clear a flat surface in your vehicle to set the box(es) on. Cookies are fragile and it is important to handle them with care.  Please DO NOT leave cookies in a hot car. Be gentle with your cookies and they will stay perfect.

Paying a custom invoice means that you agree to all the terms listed above
